I Spent 6 Days at Nordstrom and I Want These Now
The last time I spent 6 days inside a Nordstrom Store I worked there full-time. I just got home from a 6-day shopping trip to my favorite Nordstrom Store in San Diego, CA. The Nordstrom 6 and I hosted an event, I got to preview what the stores are getting for the Anniversary Sale, and I went LIVE on Instagram with my favorite summer picks. My camera roll and wish list are full of many things that will be on the NSale this year. There will be more online than in the stores and everyone can preview it on July 3rd at noon ET. On Sunday, I shared some high-low styling suggestions to make a black and white capsule better than basic alongside a few of my favorite summer styles from the best brands at Nordstrom now.
L’AGENCE
I wore this black and white slip dress during my LIVE ON IG. A slip dress is one of 3 dress styles that work well on every body type. This one is so much fun because it’s in a fashionable yet timeless black-and-white print. It’s 100% silk, cut on the bias for the most flattering fit, and has adjustable straps. Wear it casual now with sneakers and a tank top or dressy with black and white sandals and a cropped cardigan. Here are 4 ways to style it this winter.
Summer Outfits
I shared this lime green jacket in my LIVE. It looks hot, but it’s super lightweight. I love it for summer and it would be easy to layer later.

L’agence Layers
I often recommend this white blazer with white buttons from L’agence. It fits similarly to my best-selling Veronica Beard “Miller” blazer but it’s a little lighter fabric and softer through the shoulder. The one-button style is a beauty and this vest has all the feels of Chanel.
FRAME
FRAME is a favorite in my Jean Shop; their blouses are bomb and dresses are divine. I found these super lightweight black and white Palazzo pants in San Diego. They work perfectly in my Resort Casual Capsule Wardrobe. Get all the outfit combinations here.

ALC does the best job of making fashionable yet age-inclusive styles. Their pieces are designed with quality fabrics that look and feel fantastic. This summer my favorite from them includes cropped tops ad high-rise bottoms. I shared this skirt and matching top in my LIVE.

If your closet is craving some color Alice and Olivia have what you need now. The 3 dresses are at the top of my wish list and are so pretty in person.
CINQ A SEPT
Cinq a Sept’s “Khloe” was my benchmark white blazer. Read more about it and see how to style one for work or play.
I shared these silky Cinq a Sept high-rise joggers in my Simple Summer Capsule. They look so good with this matching camisole top with a cool racer stripe. You can wear the Khloe in black all year long. I love it over these two pieces as a modern-day tuxedo.
