What I found at Nordstrom Seattle Flagship Store
What a trip! Nordstrom’s flagship store in Seattle was better than Disneyland. As a former Nordstrom personal stylist, I can honestly say the best selection is online now. However, there is something magical about walking through a brick and mortar with a hot coffee and 4 of your most stylish friends. The Nordstrom 6 and I spent a morning at the Seattle landmark shopping and absorbing inspiration. I found new brands for some of our favorite key pieces like graphic ts and cardigans and steals on stylish staples you can only find at Nordstrom. I even found some designer inspiration that will help you save money instead of splurge on something you may regret.
Brands You Can Only Find at Nordstrom
This Nordstrom exclusive Halogen red blouse would be so fun for Valentines’s Day. It has a shallow scoop and a delicate tie in the back. Size down. I took home this cool lettuce-edge Nordstrom brand tank top in black.
These Nordstrom brand pieces were part of my ageless capsule wardrobe. The fit on these pants with pockets is so good.
Key Pieces
I spent so much time shopping I only had 15 minutes to try it all on. I picked these 3 pieces to try on and would have taken them all home if my budget allowed it.
Jeans
I took home this version of Paige’s “Cindy”. The off-black color will be a great alternative to jet black going into spring. If you’re looking for light wash jeans with just a tiny crop flare these were great. They can’t keep this wide-leg style I shared in my new capsule wardrobe in stock.
Feel Good Graphic T-Shirts
I’ve always been a fan of Ganni, Copenhagen’s cool-girl label. Their new graphic t-shirts make me happy. They fit similar to another fan-favorite from my spring wardrobe capsule, Anine Bing
New Cardigans
You’ll love these new knits from Elven Six. This grey cardigan with sequin shoulders was the first thing that caught my eye when I walked in. It wasn’t itchy either.
Save
A good stylist knows when to splurge and when to save. One way is to use designer styles for inspiration. Check out these shoes I found that look like Amina Muaddi. For as often as I’ll wear them they defiantly give me the look for less. True to size.
I like Pink. Check out more pink and red favorites here.
