NEW BIG BRANDS
This year there are over a 100 new brands like Veronica Beard, Jenni Kayne, and Club Monaco.
My best clients will tell you shopping this sale with me is better than Christmas. Most of them are staying up until 12am to place their order the first day they are eligible to shop. Some things will sell out the first day of presale, July 12, but don’t panic. You’re shopping with a professional now.
Pro Tip
When people shop online without a stylist they sometimes panic and buy two sizes…but they only keep one. Make sure your Nordstrom notifications are turned on in your settings and check your wish list for restocked items.

If you can get your hands on these during the presale you’ll be glad you did. I’m predicting these two classic blazers from Veronica Beard and L’agence will go quick. Anytime you can find a wardrobe staple in a name brand that you can wear most of the year it’s always the first to go.

Pro Tip
Jean shopping is hard enough. Do yourself a favor and forget the fit model. Instead, use the online measurements to determine if a pair of jeans will look good on “you”.

INVESTMENT PIECES
Its so rare to find them on sale, in your size, and ahead of season. This might just be the best little black dress and black leather jacket I’ve come across in a very long time.
LBD
No spanx needed! This pima cotton dress is so light weight and silky soft I was sure it would cling to every little lump, but it didn’t! I’m 5′ 4″ and wearing an xs so I would say it runs a little big.
Pro Tip
When you’re shopping online “view” the item in the lightest color available so you can see all the details like seams, darts, and texture even if you buy the black.

All Saints makes a buttery-soft leather moto jacket. The style I have on is a just a little cropped which I love and comes in green and white. The other style on the sale is just an inch longer, but check out that cognac color!
