A midrise light wash crop jean will easily become your go to pair of jeans each day. They work with any shoe in style from a sneaker to a sandal. To get the best fit know your numbers. In general anything with a 10-11.5″ rise and 26″ inseam works best on most women.

4. LAYERING PIECE
Layers make an outfit look less like a uniform and more like an ensemble. My favorite layers for summer are a soft denim jacket, cardigan, and modern white blazer. Make sure you choose a style that fits your shoulders and defines your waist which creates such a flattering silhouette you can literally wear them over anything.

For summer I suggest a cross body bag in light neutral you can wear all year. Cross bodies are less bulky and less expensive than their larger counterparts.

This summer pull your hair up and put some hoops on. Hoops can are a timeless accessory and can be classic or trendy. They work as a stand alone accessory and play well with others too. These silver David Yurman hoops have been a staple of mine and many clients over the years. A thin 1.75″ 14 k gold hoop is equally as versatile.
