Holiday Outfit Inspiration from the Nordstrom 6 November Drop

The N6 are professional Nordstrom shoppers who make it our business to know what’s new at Nordstrom. Our November drop has six pieces that are giving us all holiday outfit inspiration. Most of the new winter arrivals in the November drop have a little added sparkle or shine. Here are some casual yet festive holiday outfit ideas I made for you with them.

THE NOVEMBER DROP DEBUT

1. 7 For All Mankind Coated Jeans

This season flare-leg jeans are the most popular and versatile with all of your favorite boots and heels.

A cool coated style like this works well dressed up or down. They also come in a beautiful dark brown. They are listed as a “skinny bootcut”, but they have a 20.5″ opening so the flare is a little more exaggerated than a traditional bootcut, which usually has a 16-19″ opening. This means they look best with heels. Fortunately, they come with a universally flattering 11″ rise and versatile 32″ inseam.

If you want to wear your coated jeans with flats or sneakers try this crop flare style from 7 for All Mankind

2. Embellished Button Cardigan

None of us could resist adding this fabulous embellished cardigan to our closets. For under $100 this cardigan comes in xxs through plus sizes. It literally goes with everything but looks good on its own too.

3. Silky Top

This festive silky top may look familiar. She was one of ten pieces in my Street Style Capsule. With 11 holiday colors to pick from you may want more than one. This silky blouse for under $100 is machine washable too!

You can get the burgundy and black in plus sizes.

4. Avec Les Filles Belted Coat

Last year I included a single-breasted Sam Edelman version of this classic coat. Sam Edelman and Avec Les Filles both do a great job of making quality affordable coats. This style and length are the most versatile because you can wear it with a dress, skirt, or pants.

Grey looks great with silver. Silver metallic pieces are everywhere this winter including my new holiday capsule wardrobe coming out soon. Grey also goes well over all of the pieces in my Street Style Capsule.

A Colorful Coat

If you wear a lot of black consider a fun pop of color like this new baby blue from Avec Les Filles or this cobalt blue Sam Edelman coat from my ’22 Holiday Capsule Wardrobe that is almost sold out again this year.

If wool coats feel bulky or their belts are too wide, then try one of these vegan leather styles for under $200.

5. Rushed Clutch

Nicknamed “the croissant” this cute little carry-all will go with all of your holiday outfits.

I love that this bag doesn’t have any exposed hardware so you can wear the black one with all of your outfits and gold or silver jewelry.

Go For Gold

A metallic shoe and matching bag are a set you want to have in your closet all year long. Wear them back to black this holiday season or with a dress to a wedding this spring.

Hands-Free Hero

If you prefer to be hands-free I love this designer-inspired style from Rebecca Minkoff too.

6. Blingy Boots

These blingy designer-inspired boots won’t break the bank but they will break your heart if you don’t buy a pair before they sell out.

Manolo Blahnik

I have at least one pair of Manolo Blahnik shoes on my “Bucket List Brands” wish list. When I get a pair it will probably be an iconic satin pump with a crystal buckle. In the meantime these Sam Edelman boots with comfortable 2.5″ heels are perfect for this winter.
